Very convenient but must allow for delays
The flight to Charlotte from Paducah is very convenient. The planes are comfortable. The staff is Professional and pleasant. Sometimes the delays are inconvenient if you’re on a timeframe, but usually worth the money.

Cancelled flight
Maintenance problems occur & I don’t want to fly on a marginal airplane, However, the delays latest for hours before cancelling & we were stuck without a plan B to return home, missing a train option.

Best experience
This trip on Contour was the best trip we have had in a long time. Everything was easy and the service was fabulous! I would love to see more flights from Macon!

Hard for elderly flyers
Where we got off to check in bags in Charlotte was totally on the other end of the terminal. Then heading home, we were told to go to gate A and then once we walked there, we were told that it was closed and to walk to the other end of the checking in are. Then once we got there, we were run through corrals like cattle (stop and go) and then finally checked in. Then once we were approved to go on we still had the trip from one end of the terminal to the other. The only saving grace were the moving side walks which gave us a break of walking from time to time. Thank goodness we gave ourselves extra time to get to our loading area. We were tired, sweaty and felt like cattle that had been run through a corral. But then we are from Paducah which is wonderful to get home to.

We were told that pilot would make up time in sky, but he didn’t unfortunately. He could have just told us instead of not communicating at all
